The Task

Paga had the challenge of effectively engaging with diverse audiences across various social media platforms in Africa. With a wide range of demographics, cultural backgrounds, and linguistic preferences among their target audience, maintaining consistent and impactful communication across these platforms was challenging.

The Process

We took over the brand’s social handles in July 2021, where we kicked things off by developing a unique voice for the brand’s messaging. In a bid to create a cohesive look for the brand’s page, a mood board was created to determine the aesthetics of the brand. This, in conjunction with content ideas that incorporated strong storytelling, allowed us to create content that resonated with the client and target audience.
